There were four items on the Agenda for the Big Park Council that required BPRCC recommendation to Yavapai County Development Services.
In meeting order below is each item and the recommendation by BPRCC to Yavapai County Development Services.
Section 301 on Metal Fencing – The Council recommended approval of the code change with additional light reflection standard time limit.
Section 556 on Mobile Food Trucks – As the County is seeking to bring the current regulation into compliance with required AZ statute the Council recommended approval of the code change.
Section 301/410/537 on Guest Homes – The Council recommended that the proposed changes not be made to Zoning Ordinance Sections 301, 410 and 537 (Guest Home – Detached –Residential) as the Council viewed the proposed changes would diminish the opportunity for affordable housing and contribute to the transient nature of our community, further destroying the sense of neighborhood and community.
Hilton Garden Inn (SR 179 and Jacks Canyon) – Amended Application – The Council recommended to Yavapai County Development Services that the application (H18052 & APN405-33-479G) rezone request from RCU-2A to C2-1 be denied.
